This is a quick game walkthrough for Project Evilspy II - The War Driver

Turn on the computer on the right hand side of the desk to read your mission.
Interact with the desk drawer twice to get your Phone.
Interact with the night stand to get your Wallet.
Get your Laptop which is on the ground at the end of the bed.
Go to the Inventory screen and click the "use" button, then click on the Phone.
Ask the Scurvydawg to drive you to the Tillicum Centre.
Enter the Tillicum Centre.
Walk to the left of the screen to go to the Changing Times.
Push the yellow bell on the desk.
Push the yellow bell on the desk, Again!
Talk to Vanzanwijk.
Ask about Pretzinet Corporation.
Return to the Scurvydawg.
Ask the Scurvydawg to drive you to the Bingo Palace.
Walk into the Bingo Palace entrance way and get rejected permission to enter.
Ask the Scurvydawg to drive you to the Tillicum Centre.
Enter the Tillicum Centre
Go to the inventory screen and click the "use" button, then click on the Wallet.
Click on the "select" button, then click on the Bank Card.
Click on the "done" button.
Click on the bank machine to take out the One Hundred Dollar Bill.
Walk to the right of the screen to go to the London Drugs.
Go to the inventory screen and click on the One Hundred Dollar Bill.
Click on the "done" button.
Click on the Clerk behind the desk with your One Hundred Dollar Bill to purchase the Wireless Network Card.
Return to the Bingo Palace.
Go to the inventory screen and click the Seventy Five Cents.
Click on the Lady at the entrance with your Seventy Five Cents.
Enter the Bingo Palace.
Talk to Jeeforce.
Return to Changing Times to talk to Vanzanwijk.
Ask Vanzanwijk for more information on Ball Twiddler.
Return to the Bingo Palace to talk to Jeeforce.
Tell Jeeforce about the license plate number of the Pink Mini-van.
Exit the Bingo Palace.
Pick up the light blue business card on the road outside the Bingo Palace.
Go to the inventory screen and click the "look" button.
Click on the business card.
Click on the "done" button.
Ask the Scurvydawg to drive you to the Pretzinet Corporation.
Go to the inventory screen and click on the Wireless Network Card.
Click on the Laptop to insert the Wireless Network Card into it.
Click on the Laptop again to select it.
Click on the "done" button.
Click on the Pretzinet Corporation building until you get a good signal.
The game will eventually be finished automatically.
